There was a man who seeked a consultation with me. He sounded frustrated, unsure and dejected. Here's almost his words as far as I can remember:
"Mr Chang, I'm now facing a divorce possibilty. I really feel that its a good thing that I'm relief of the frustrations I had been going through. On the other hand, I feel unsure of the future and the sadness of losing a loved one. What can help me? Does my house have feng shui problem?
I don't know why my wife kept saying and doing those things that made me so angry that I lose my cool and did and say regretable things. Now that everything seems to be decided by a divorce. Or will this be a better direction for me?
A: Yes, feng shui can help to change people but first, the person must be willing to change. Do you remember, say about 2 months ago, the last time you were angry and said those hurtful words to your wife? Man answer: "Can't really remember exactly what was the issue, can't even remember exactly what I've said, we exchange many heated arguments, its still all about family, way of doing things, digging up some of the past events etc."
I asked again, "Can you now feel exactly how you felt during then ?"
Man replied after a long pause, "No"
I said, "So you your present feelings, you apply during then, what do you comment on that commotion?"
Man said, "Silly, senseless, not necessary, but I don't know why I couldn't control my anger"
I: "If you are able to think and accept like this, this is the first step for change"
Emotions come and go. Everyone has his own bazi. When a house is not properly done up, you allow it to stir up the uncontrollable emotions. When the man look back to those moments he threw his temper, he can't even feel "that anger" anymore. So when an incident loses it purpose of emotions, there is no point harbouring it. By adjusting your feng shui, you minimise it from stiring up your in-build emotions again.
