No Classes Today

Over the years, I 've been asked numerous times about conducting classes. I have my personal views/ reasons which is strictly not representing the rest nor conclusive.

Teaching has heavy responsibilty, well, depending on the teacher's mentality. If a teacher thinks that teaching is simply passing on knowledge (or doing translation) and collecting a course fee, his view is respected.

My view is simply this: due to the nature of chinese metaphysics (unless the teacher has no such principles) , the heart, integrity and calibre of the student must have certain criterias to fulfil.

Heart: Chinese metaphysics accesses into others lives. If the student does not have a pure (reasonable good heart, nowadays pure heart very hard to find ) heart, what is learnt can be put to bad use.

Integrity: The basis of intention or motivation of which is to help people. However, if money comes before as the motivator, then this does not justify to the essence of the origin of discovering chinese metaphysics for its application. 

Calibre: If a teacher knows that a person doesn't have the calibre to understand and apply the knowledge effectively, what's the point of teaching? In the end, the student wasted his money , being hopeful but ends up not continuing, losing both money and time.

Environment: Even if the student has the calibre, has the teacher looked into the student's environmental needs? Whether his house is supportive in feng shui. If his own house problems is not solved, how is the student going to solve others' problems?

Life experience: If a person hasn't walked through various stages and experience of life, it will be difficult for him to understand the feeling/ plight of others. Eg. How to help people to have children when you are not even a father yet? How you select a marriage date or matching couple when you are not married yet? How can you advise people to hit 4D when you didn't even get a prize before? And etc.

This is also the very reason why great masters in the past have considerations eg 泄漏天机 and conditions eg 因果 when passing on knowledge like this. 

If a teacher teaches chinese metaphysics, he/she should be able to tell from a person's bazi where he stands. Having a student with greedy, evil character, should the teacher still want to pass on this knowledge or simply not concern as he just want to finish the class and multiply his fees through more course attachments or extensions? From basic to advance and how about catering a Phd after a master's course?

Obviously a meticulous,skillful teacher can also tell that the person's learning curve. If he will take 30 years to see the light of chinese metaphysics, what is the teacher's intention of having him still paying fees in his class?

No doubt all of us need to make a living but where our heart stand is also important. Is there a need to charge a course fees ranging from $6000 or $20000 or divide into packages/ stages for more course fees?

You as a teacher, even if you collect a reasonable fee, the course last for a few days, what does your student gain? Honestly, if you have a secret that works, do you pass on or still keep to yourself? Are your materials not all found in the books?

When I receive a fee, I understand the 'cause and effect' 因果,  hope those who choose teaching, understand too.

Therefore I declare no classes today and everyday. If anyone wants to learn and have a good honest heart, I can teach you for free. You can email me with your dob+time, photocopy of your I/C, read through and agree on my terms and I'll assess and decide if I want to select to teach the knowledge. Need not apply with persistency or persuasive nature. It doesn't work with me. Hope we have the understanding here.
