Renovation of your house need a proper date to start work. Likewise for move-in, there are proper procedures to follow. Some procedures are based on tradition while others are for the purpose of moving Qi. Once done correctly, it will be auspicious

动土 is part of an important process of renovation. House owners must make sure this is done and follow through properly and knowledgeably.

Wedding dates are important as well. Couples getting married need good dates so that their coming together is auspicious. Without proper selected dates, usually from the start of the day, there will be inconveniences to mishaps along the way. These are signs based on different degrees of inauspiciousness. Couples cannot belittle this procedure in order to make sure everything goes on smoothly.

Many couples took wedding dates lightly by basing on nice numbers or with reference to courtship dates/ birthdates etc. Others simply take advice from elders or Tong Shu to derive a date.

Couples ought to understand that this "binding date" not only has its meaning but also has its effects. Anyhow getting a date from elders or an inexperience master will be jeopardising your marriage path.

Even more ridiculous is getting a date from a master who has not even married or haven't gone through marriage dates himself or has a divorced history . How does a person understand the importance of marriage dates when even he himself hasn't gone through the process. Of course the above is a precautionary statement, there are still some dedicated masters who can do a good job.

It all stems mostly from experience.

As marriage dates are very important, thus the seriousness of my above statement.

Therefore couples need to commit and spend more time in getting, understanding and comparing their ROM/ wedding dates.

If you have a need and wanted help to solve your problem, don't be disrespectful to bring out your knowledge to compare/ comment/ critisize. I'm here to help/ change/ save your life. If you engage me, pls follow all my methods/ instructions closely.  If you feel that you already stereotype into a certain concept/ method, then pls enquire to look for such a master. 

With nearly 30 years of experience, I use/ apply whatever I know and my way/ method/ knowledge of advise may not conform to the ordinary you know from books or website/ classes. Of course when I have the time, I may on ad hoc basis share / exchange some knowledge for correction/ help purpose.

During a consultation, the short time with you won't be able for me to go back to basics and expand to the point of the application at the advance stage. 

Eg. If you are stuck to flying stars, don't impose on me. If you are stuck to displaying pixiu, I usually don't get involved in advising the display mixing with my audit. If you are stuck with a certain method to derive a name calculation, don't look for me.

You are welcome to ask any question to clarify your doubts (if any) before you proceed to consult me. Although there are many practitioners or masters out there, sometimes it is understandably quite difficult to make a proper choice.

Many of you may have already consulted with a FS practitioner before. However, you probably either didn't have your problem solved or have further questions without anymore clarification.

There are also many of you who have been charged with a hefty sum of consultation fee or being sold some expensive display items or ornaments. In the end, you're still scratching your head.

Here, you will be pleased to know that all consultation (HDB owners) will be comfortable to you (market rate). No more paying exceptional high fees or purchase any FS items costing additional thousands of dollars. If you have any financial constraints, you are welcome to discuss with me also (proof may be required).

However, if any of you have a genuine verified bad experience/ bad effects with any FS master/ practitioner whose audit or advise didn't work,  you will be given a free advice/ comment (Limited to a one time basis over email, waiting time from minimum  2 weeks).  Note that the free advice will be commenting on what the fs master have applied wrongly at your house. Any other comments/advice if only time permits and at my discretion. Proof of previous engagement need to be provided.
