Being too rich and spoilt for choice of houses to stay? There are many people who nowadays have options to choose which house to stay. It is good to sometimes have a change of another different environment whether for personal, for family or for entertainment purpose.

One day, I received many repeated sms from a very rich man. He's an old-time regular who has consulted me over the years for both his businesses and house feng shui. Upon returning the call, "Master, I need to see you urgently. I think my house is giving me problem. Recently, my cash flow is like Niagara falls!"

Later, he explained that he has bought another house in Sentosa without checking with me.

Knowing his house criteria well, before I entered his house, I told him that the environment was not suitable for him.

Mr Very Richman wanted more variety of entertainment locations with his business friends. He has grown fond of taking yacht to the sea during weekends. He felt that it was ok staying there for a number of days a week and thus need not consult on any house selection.

It is important that whether you have a few house to choose to stay or whether you are looking for a new house and comparing among them, do pre-qualification.

Not every environment is suitable for anyone to stay for long terms.
