Just want to update you on my encounters after our review in October. Although I have not being able to do all the items on the list you have advised, doing those within my control do helps in my career and health.. they seems to improve. E.g. Have recevied "Top employee Award" for this year, medical report was fine. Although my 漏财 still the same. Come in fast, go out also fast. Haha..

Anyway, thank you for your advise and keep in touch..

If i may, i'd like to explain why i was asking so many questions. You mentioned that what you say tend to be straight forward, and you don't sugar coat your explanations. Which so happens to be one of the reasons i continued to look for you. I like the fact that you say it as it is. If the person providing the consultation was saying everything nice and everything no problem, i probably would not consult that person again.

Pardon the late reply, it should be good news for you too. I received an unsolicited bid for my unit just after our latest correspondence. It was a pretty decent offer and I decided to sell away the place, the option was exercised yesterday hence confirming the sale.

I am still looking around for another new place and the pointers you gave me that day will be handy. Thank you for your help and I will probably need you to audit my new place again haha. :-)
